Health and Safety

I read recently that boundaries are brought in for T/20 and limited over matches for Health and Safety reasons. Now I may be being a little slow here but ..................whose safety and whose health ?

If Freddie was still playing I'd say for his father's safety! This was after his dad dropped that catch in the crowd when Flintoff hit it straight to him...

I feel for bowlers though. Isn't it bad enough that T20 is so heavily slanted in favour of the batsmen?!
