Never too old for new experiences on the cricket pitch
Two new experiences yesterday. I've never seen a players breath condense in the air before and I've never walked in to bat with hailstones falling on my cap ( and I walked off with them too - another little asterisk thanks).
When I was at university we played a game at Bishops Stortford College on May Day, during which it snowed. We even carried on for a while, until it started to settle!
