Andy Flower appointed as England Assistant Coach

Very little to go on with regards to Andy Flower, apart from to say that he was an excellent player, but that doesn't always make a good coach. But the unflashy style and grit and determination that allowed him to average over 50 in Tests in a poor team, surely has to help him in coaching.
