Team photos

I've come to the conclusion there is only one suitable time for a team photo, unless your playing for a professional side and then you do one of those pre-season squad ones at a training session. I really do think there is only one correct answer.

Your thoughts?

(Well) before the game begins I guess.

Surely it's before you go out to field, with your keeper at the front with his pads on?

For me, it's after you've fielded second and won. All other times are non-starters. Players aren't happy being photographed at any other time and the photos are presumably for them, right?

The worst possible time is just before you're about to go onto the pitch to field - you have a chat about areas to bowl, fields to place etc, and then find yourself saying cheese. Just about the worst possible thing you could do 2 minutes before the first ball.

I of course realise that an average side will win fielding second only 25% of the time, and the other games won't have team photos, but who really cares? I can guarantee you the players don't!

I think the best team photos involve public houses
