Chappell's view on UDRS

Ian Chappell is against the use of technology to increase the accuracy of umpiring decisions, but he has written a sensible piece on Cricinfo on the use - or not - of the UDRS. He says "Like a lot of decisions made by cricket administrators, the umpire review system wasn't fully thought through before it was implemented" which sadly is correct, but there is still time for history to record a successful move to implement the available technology of the day when looking back in several decades time.

However, while the BCCI refuse to implement it despite having more cash than many a small island, it doesn't bode well....
