Insight into McCullum's thinking

I admit it...I read far too many autobiographies. There's something interesting about understanding the thinking of successful people, even if Cricket Burble's Mark Davis was distinctly unimpressed with Justin Langer's!

So I found it interesting to read this excerpt from Brendan McCullum's book in which he suggests he gave considerable thought to "going freelance" rather than sign his latest NZ contract....
